1. The service

StayStrongWithTaylor (the "App") is a tool operated by the owner of the @staystrongwithtaylor TikTok account. It uses TikTok's Login Kit to confirm the connected account's identity and TikTok's Content Posting API to upload and publish the owner's original motivational videos to that account. The App serves a single user — the account owner — and posts nothing except at the owner's direction.

2. Acceptable use

• The App may only be used to publish original content owned by the account owner.
• The App must not be used to repost other creators' content, spam, or violate TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Access credentials and tokens for the App must not be shared or transferred.

3. Intellectual property

All videos published through the App are original works of the account owner. The App's branding and site content are owned by StayStrongWithTaylor.

4. Third-party platform

The App depends on TikTok's platform and APIs. We are not responsible for TikTok's availability, publishing limits, review decisions, or changes to its developer terms. TikTok's own terms apply to activity on its platform.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted posting, specific publishing times, or any particular audience outcome.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayStrongWithTaylor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Termination

The owner may stop using the App and revoke its TikTok access at any time through TikTok's settings. We may suspend the integration if it is misused or if required by TikTok.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with its effective date.
